Eugenie Bouchard Doesn't Know What to Do With Her Latest Gift

Tennis ace Eugenie Bouchard was gifted a cricket bat by Big Bash team Hobart Hurricanes but the Canadian star has no idea how to use it.

Bouchard wrote on Instagram, "Proud new owner of a cricket bat! Have no idea what to do with it, as per the confusion on my face. Thanks to @hobarthurricanes & George for the bat and jersey and quick swing lesson 🏏😅"

Bouchard is currently in Australia, preparing for the Australian Open but her preparations didn't start in the best of ways as she suffered a first round exit in the Hopman Cup.

She went down 6-4, 6-4 to Elise Mertens in straight sets.

Bouchard is scheduled to compete at next week's Hobart International ahead of the Australian Open, which begins Jan. 15.
