My dog is blessed with an abundance, more than a lot of people. All of her needs and wants are fulfilled.
She was raised in a loving family and was able to obtain a quality education at a good training school. Most of the people she meets greet her in a friendly way, which gives her a feeling of acceptance.
All of her health needs, including veterinarian assistance, necessary surgical procedures and medicine, are available, regardless of the costs.
She has a safe and comfortable place to sleep, all of the nutritional food needed to help promote a healthy life, and plenty of toys to enjoy.
She also has the physical abilities to see smiling faces, hear birds sing and run with the wind.
My dog is fortunate, especially compared with so many people in our country who have similar needs and desires: love and acceptance, a good education, available medical help, physical abilities, adequate housing, sufficient nutritional food, clean air and water, a feeling of well-being, and the simple pleasures of life.
My dog wishes that the less fortunate have freedom from want. May they also be blessed with peace and comfort.
