The clip shows Gunners youngster Reiss Nelson and assistant coach Jens Lehmann facing off during a penalty shootout.
But the pair are in the exact opposite roles that you might expect, with Lehmann shaping up to blast one past the 18-year-old.
Lehmann, an Arsenal legend who spent six seasons at the Emirates under Arsene Wenger, showed no mercy as he slammed a tidy finish into the top corner – but Nelson managed to get a hand on it.

Despite his best efforts, the ball flew into the back of the net.
The clip has been seen by thousands since it was tweeted out on Arsenal’s official Twitter account.

But one Gunners supporter suggested Nelson’s attempt was better than anything the club’s number one could manage.
“Still better then Cech at saving pens,” the comment read.
The 35-year-old stopper has failed to stop any of his last 15 penalties, diving the wrong way for 12 of them.
“When will a goalkeeper - Cech especially - just stand his ground,” another comment read.

“Most penalties he’s conceded have gone straight down the middle.
“Wait and see where it’s going. You’ve more chance that way.”
Arsenal face off against Nottingham Forest in the third round of the FA Cup this afternoon.
Nelson will start the game alongside fellow breakthrough youth star Ainsley Maitland-Niles.
