MW Partners, a national professional staffing firm, has promoted Keith Lippert to vice president, sales operations.

Prior to his promotion, Mr. Lippert served as the firm's senior director, sales operations. In his new role, he will direct the national sales team and the sales processes from client acquisition to retention.
