WINZAP, a free football app where players can win cash jackpots on match days without spending a penny, has its sights set on horse racing.

It offers players odds on matches from the Premier League down to League Two, as well as the Champions League and the FA Cup.
Players get 30 free credits to use for individual matches or on multiples, such as accumulators.
Players with the highest virtual winnings go to the head of the app’s digital leaderboard, with the top five scooping a share of a £500 prize fund.
Revenues from adverts, played on phones after a selection is made, guarantee the pot.

This is not gambling, but a gaming platform with cash benefits. We don’t take bank details up front, only when we send prizes
Winzap was founded last year by chief executive Max Raynor, a former City worker, and computer science expert Jonny Steventon, with backing from private investors.
Raynor said expansion into other sports and an international roll-out is planned for Winzap this year: “We want to include more sports with daily fixtures and horse racing fits that.
“This is not gambling, but a gaming platform with cash benefits. We don’t take bank details up front, only when we send prizes. It will always be free. The advertising supply and demand is more than sufficient to ensure that.”
