March 28, 1940 - October 15, 2017

Bob passed away October 15, 2017 in Chinle, Arizona due to an accident while on a cross-country bike ride. He was born March 28, 1940 in Ashland, Oregon to Ray and Alice (Niswonger) Burnette.

Bob lived most of his life in the Rogue Valley. He was very active in the Talent Historical Society and the Ashland Lions Club, working on many of their projects.

He is survived by his sisters, Doreen Feeler and Barbara Derise, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Alice Burnette; his brother, Tom Burnette; and his sister, April Denham.

Services will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Bob’s name may be made to the Ashland Lions, or a charity of your choice.
