INDIA Willoughby was left feeling upset on yesterday’s Celebrity Big Brother.

The 50-year-old newsreader stormed off in last night’s after the conversation turned to dating.

India, who transitioned from male to female in 2015, was furious after housemate admitted her would not have a relationship with a woman who identified as transgender.

The argument left India feeling upset as the Pony singer bluntly told her he would not date her.

In a preview clip of tonight’s episode, Made in Chelsea star has waded in on the row, offering comforting words of advice to a clearly wounded India.

“I can’t speak for the whole house, but a lot of us do consider you a woman,” the 30-year-old said. “When you open the narrative around being trans, we ask questions and I’d hate to ask anything ignorant.

“I can’t talk about it, because if someone asks me the question directly, would I date someone trans, I can’t answer it because, who’s trans?”

The blonde beauty continued: “It depends on the individual. If I met a trans person and I fell in love with them, of course I would, it wouldn’t bother me.

While some viewers sided with India over the debate, others slammed the journalist for comments she made earlier in last night’s show.
