The following people were recently indicted by a Portage County grand jury. Indictments are only charges and not evidence of guilt:
Alan C. Behun, 61, with a last known address in Ravenna. Possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony; resisting arrest, a second-degree misdemeanor; disorderly conduct by intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia (a glass pipe), both fourth-degree misdemeanors.
Nathaniel K. Crew, 19, of Warren. Burglary, a second-degree felony, and aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine), a fifth-degree felony.
Damonte L. Crim, 27, of Cleveland. Escape, a third-degree felony.
Angela D. Moore, 49, of Zanesville. Aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine), a fifth-degree felony.
Jerome L. Palmbos, 22, with a last known address in Ypsilanti, Mich. Failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony, and receiving stolen property (a 2009 Toyota Corolla), a fourth-degree felony.
Kyle J. Schafer, 30, of 4626 Cox Drive, Stow. Attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a fourth-degree felony, and importuning, a fifth-degree felony.
Jacob P. Shingleton, 33, with a last known address of 411 Lake St., Kent. Criminal nonsupport of dependents, a fourth-degree felony.
Matthew R. Trecarichi, 23, of 9286 Newton Falls Road, Paris. Trafficking in drugs (Lorazepam), a third-degree felony; three counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs (methamphetamine, Oxycontin and Vicodin), all fourth-degree felonies; three counts of aggravated possession of drugs (meth, Oxycontin and Vicodin) and one count of possession of a controlled substance analog (Deschlorketamine), all fifth-degree felonies; and two counts of possession of drugs (Lorazepam and Suboxone), both first-degree misdemeanors.
Matthew R. Trecarichi, 23, of 9286 Newton Falls Road, Paris. Two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs (methamphetamine and Adderall) and one count each of trafficking in LSD and possession of LSD, all fourth-degree felonies; two counts of aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine and Adderall), two counts of trafficking in drugs (Carisoprodol and Lorazepam) and one count of possession of criminal tools (a digital scale, plastic baggies and empty drug capsules) all fifth-degree felonies; and possession of drugs (Suboxone, Lorazepam and Carisoprodol), all first-degree misdemeanors.
Kevin M. Woisnet, 33, of 1130 Lloyd Ave., Aurora. Possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony, and possession of drug abuse instruments (hypodermic needles), a second-degree misdemeanor.
