AJMAN: The Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) and Ajman Media Free Zone signed a Memorandum of Understanding for better cooperation while serving the mutual strategic plans for the Emirate. The MoU is also aimed at integrating the roles and at strengthening the joint cooperation to achieve ‘Ajman vision-2021’.
It was signed by Salem Al Suwaidi, Director General of ACCI and Mahmoud Khalil Al Hashimi, CEO of Ajman Media Free Zone at the Chamber’s headquarters.
The MoU aims at working on the technical cooperation, carrying out programmes of mutual interests, sharing experiences and information, serving customers, raising satisfaction levels of the services and enhancing the partnerships with the strategic partners. The MoU also states about the plans to organise conferences, seminars, lectures, workshops and training courses for the same enhancement. It also ensure both parties’ participation in exhibitions, while promoting and notifying the public about their services.
Commenting on the agreement, Salem Al Suwaidi stressed on its importance, and how it would help in further developing the city, and stabilising its economic conditions. He added that the Chamber is keen to diversify its partnerships with various parties to further the directives of Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, for further enhancement.
In the meantime, Mahmoud Khalil Al Hashimi, said that Ajman Media Free Zone under the chairmanship of Sheikh Abdul Aziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi highlights the Emirate’s tourist spots and its investment opportunities locally and internationally.
He further pointed that the main aim of this MoU is to jointly develop the Emirate’s private sectors, and to advance the investment sectors by organising various events.
