The Morenci City Council will meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 8, at Morenci City Hall, 118 Orchard St. According to the agenda, the council plans to discuss the proposed medical marijuana regulatory ordinance, as well as address LED lighting at the Stair District Library and the Morenci Police Department garage.
