Shah Rukh Khan’s Zero faces its first controversy as poet Mithilesh Baria says the makers forgot to credit him

While Shah Rukh Khan is garnering applause for his upcoming movie titled as Zero, someone is mighty upset. Shah Rukh recently took to Twitter to give his fans the perfect New Year gift by revealing the name of his upcoming movie. He tweeted, “टिकटें लिए बैठें हैं लोग मेरी ज़िंदगी की, तमाशा भी पूरा होना चाहिए! As promised, here’s the title of @aanandlrai ‘s film. @AnushkaSharma #KatrinaKaif @RedChilliesEnt @cypplOfficial”. But we come to know that these are not just some mere lines, these are lines from a poem by Mithilesh Baria and Shah Rukh forgot to him the credit for them.

When Mithilesh was enlightened about the post by his fans he demanded a clarification from the makers. He in an interview with Mid-Day said, “This appears to be a lapse on their part. But when the project is of this stature, all a writer wants is to be credited for his creation. I was shocked and hurt when fans bought this to my notice. It appears that the line is a part of the film’s narrative, not a mere tweet. So, I hope they give me my due credit.” He further added, “He assured me that it was a mistake, and he would do his best to rectify it. I am not sure how he will do so. Will Shah sa’ab put out another tweet crediting me? Rai- ji seemed like an affable man. I hope they are fair.” Looks like director Anand L Rai is successful in getting away from the wrath of the writer and Mithilesh is soon going to see his name on the credit list. Produced under SRK’s Red Chillies Entertainment, Zero is slated for release during the Christmas weekend, that is on December 21, 2018. Zero is going to be a romantic saga, which will see Shah Rukh Khan play a dwarf. He is obsessed with Katrina in the film, but there’s a lot more to the film than you can imagine. It’s clashing with Abhishek Kapoor’s Kedarnath, that marks the debut of Sara Ali Khan, where Sushant Singh Rajput plays the male lead.
