Would an off night in Los Angeles derail the Warriors’ hope for an undefeated road trip?
Stephen Curry made sure the answer to that question was emphatic ‘no’ Saturday afternoon as he scored 45 points in a 121-105 rump over the Los Angeles Clippers.
KEY MOMENT
After shooting just 36 percent from the field in the first half, the Warriors blitzed the Clippers, outscoring them 39-21 in the frame. Much of the onslaught came from Curry, who scored 16 points in the quarter.

HIGHLIGHTS
Stephen Curry: Curry scored 45 points, including eight three-pointers, guiding the Warriors to their second straight win without star forward Kevin Durant. Since coming back from an ankle injury, Curry is averaging 36 points on 58 percent shooting, including 53 percent from beyond the arc.
David West: West scored 10 points in eight minutes, joining Curry as the only Warriors player to score double figures in the 1st half. It was the second time in as many outings West has righted the ship during the second quarter of a game. In Thursday’s matchup against the Houston Rockets, West scored eight points in the second quarter of the Warriors’ 124-114 win.
LOWLIGHTS
Warriors first-half shooting: Warriors not named David West or Stephen Curry shot just 25 percent from the field in the first half.
Omri Casspi: Casspi appeared to re-aggravate a back strain during a second-quarter layup attempt and would not return. Casspi’s back kept him out of Wednesday’s matchup against the Dallas Mavericks and Thursday’s game against the Rockets.
Blake Griffin: Griffin left the game after an inadvertent elbow from Warriors center JaVale McGee in the first quarter and would not return.

However, Griffin showed positive signs once in the locker room.
Blake Griffin injury: He was moving, alert, and talking when he was on the ground. Staff sat him up gently and had him squeeze their hands.

10: Warriors extended their road winning streak to 10.
HIGHLIGHT OF THE NIGHT
Draymond Green may not have had his best shooting performance Saturday afternoon (4/11), but he did show some nice dance moves during a second-quarter timeout.
