FORT WALTON BEACH – A drunk man who climbed scaffolding to access a stranger’s balcony was charged with trespassing after he failed to explain his actions.

The 30-year-old man told Fort Walton Beach Police Department officers that an “unknown male” had yelled at him and thrown “unknown things” at him. He said he climbed the scaffolding to confront the “unknown male,” but must have gone to the wrong door.

He was intoxicated at the time, the officer noted.
