New Delhi, Jan 6: A day after the tragic incident, wherein five children and a driver died after their bus collided with a truck on Indore’s Kanadia bypass, the state Home Ministry report held negligence of DPS school responsible for the mishap. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, along with State Home Minister Bhupendra Singh had yesterday ordered an immediate inquiry into the matter.

The Home Ministry probe has revealed that the deceased driver had informed the school management about the technical fault in the bus but the administration did not pay any heed to it. The investigation has also revealed  that the speed of the bus was 80 kilometers per hour at the time of the accident.  Following the report, Shivraj Singh Chouhan-led government has directed Indore DIG to take an action and register an FIR against the school management.
