Donna L. Weese, 77, of Findlay, passed away at 1:45 a.m., Friday, January 5, 2018, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on March 7, 1940, in Findlay to the late Tom and Mabel C. (Florea) Lather. She married Donald R. Weese on February 12, 1961, and he survives.
Donna is also survived by her son, David (Yukari) Weese of Findlay; her daughters, Delores J. (Gary) King of Denton, TX and Denise (Wayne) Weihrauch of Jenera; her brothers: Dale Lather of Zolfo Springs, FL and Frank (Susan) Lather of Leigh High Acres, FL; her sister, Ellen (Richard) Fyne Junk of Elida; her grandchildren: Dawnel Kuhn, Jennifer Ramsey, Adrian (Pat) Higgins, Josiah Brim, Daniel Brim, Isaac Weese, Mariko Weese, Niki (Landon) Sidel, Jeremy (Natalie) Weihrauch, Melanie (Cody) Daniels, Lorna (Jeremy) Epstein and Matthew King; her great-grandchildren: Jasmine, Brandon, Maddox, Ryelee, Abigail, Easton and Kaitlyn; her great-great-granddaughter, Katalina Kuhn.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Phillip Lather.
Donna was a homemaker. She was a faithful attender of Bible Study Groups and enjoyed attending her grandchildren’s performances.
A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, January 7, 2018, at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay, where visitation will be held 2 hours (1:00-3:00 p.m.) prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the City Mission of Findlay.
