Iowa State University Extension and Outreach is offering a ServSafe food safety course Feb. 15 and March 29 at the Great River Prairie AEA in Burlington and May 1 in Wapello.

The program is designed to provide certified food safety training to people who work at and manage restaurants, and others who handle food regularly.

Cost for the program is $150, and includes the manual, instruction and exam.

Registration now is required three weeks in advance of the class online at http://bit.ly/ISUServsafe. Sign up by January 25 for the February 15 class in Burlington.
