Funeral services for Waunell Tucker, 92, of Brownwood, will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 7 at the Heartland Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Eastlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Sunday prior to the service.

She died Thursday, Jan. 4, 2018 in Abilene.

She was born on May 19, 1925 in Hamilton to Elra (McCarty) and Henry Horton.

Survivors include sons, Larry Bartley and wife Linda of Brownwood and Jerry Bartley of Brownwood; four grandchildren, Brooke Rushing, Alisha Newton, Jessica Bartley and Jeremy Bartley; eight great-grandchildren; and a sister, Ronda Young of Abilene.

She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers.
