Richlands, Va. (WVNS) - People in the Richlands area of Virginia are struggling to keep warm with no power.
The Town of Richlands has set up an emergency warming station to help anyone in need.
The station is set up at the Richlands Police Department and anyone is welcomed to stop by.
According to Appalachian Power's website, at 5:55 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 6, 2018, 279 people are without power. The company is estimating the power should be restored by 4:00 p.m.
