Indore: How many lapses more before they’re forever stopped

Indore: Out of the nine patients admitted in Bombay Hospital, three were in critical condition and their surgeries were being performed till late in the evening on Friday.
According to the administrative officer of Bombay Hospital Rahul Parashar, “Three patients are under critical condition and are going through marathon surgeries. Cleaner of the bus Kalyan Singh Alias Ballu was also in the list of critical patients.” He said that rest of the patients were admitted to ICU and are under sustained observation.
With the ambulance and vehicles to drop injured students to the hospital, large number of people from across the city started reaching the hospital. Family members and relatives of the children, politicians, social activists and many others reached hospital in just few minutes of the incident.
Police had to deploy heavy police force to control the situation as a chaos like prevailed there. Family members of those students who were not even in the bus were reached to the hospital to know about the incident. Police didn’t allow people to enter the hospital and the ICU area to control the situation. Police too had to face tough time in controlling the kin.
A protest was also lodged by the family members of some of the students that police were allowing politicians to go inside but not the family members. Kin of the injured patients were stopped from entering the hospital as Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan was expected to come. However, he didn’t reach the hospital till late.
Mayor Malini Gaud, Kailash Vijayvargiya MLA Jeetu Patwari, Ramesh Mendola, Usha Thakur, BJP city president Kailash Sharma, congress leader Sajjan Singh Verma, corporators, DIG Harinarayanachari Mishra, Collector Nishant Warvade and many SDMs too reached the hospital to express sympathy towards the family members.
