AN HISTORIC home is opening its doors for a full and wide-ranging calendar of events this year.

Burton Agnes Hall, in Driffield, East Yorkshire, will host a Snowdrop Spectacular, Orchid Festival, Easter Egg Hunt, Gardeners’ Fair, Farm Sunday, Jazz and Blues Festival and Michaelmas Fair.

The Snowdrop Spectacular runs from February 10 to March 4 and gives visitors the chance to enjoy the ‘white carpet’ of snowdrops while wandering in the woodland.
