The newsreader, 51, was topless in the bathroom in front of journalist Rachel Johnson and Made In Chelsea star Ashley James.
When she saw India was topless, Rachel asked to see them, and the three women discussed their assets.
“They are fantastic,” Rachel said, when observing her implants.
“Boobs to me are not a sexual thing,” India shrugged. “They were never sexual to me in my old life.
