Well. The republithugs have managed to pass what they call tax reform, their giveaway to the wealthy at the expense of the rest of us.

Please note that in the republithug tax scam, the huge tax breaks for the wealthy are permanent, while the small tax breaks for the poor and middle class expire in a few years.

Part of this tax scam is also a measure to try to sabotage the Affordable Care Act (AKA Obamacare). The republithugs claim that their tax scam will stimulate the economy and create jobs.

Experts are saying that this is not true, that it only allows the wealthy to hoard more money. What the experts say is that this is just more trickle-down economics, which has never worked, as the wealthy never allow any of their wealth to “trickle down.”

What we really need is for the wealthy to pay their fair share of taxes (they have not done so for decades) and get more money into the hands of the rest of us.

More spending by the poor and middle class will stimulate the economy and create more jobs is what the experts say. We need a government that works for us.
