Warren and Labresa Howell of Chico announce the birth of a daughter, Jorja Wren, on Jan. 2, 2018, at Wise Health System in Decatur.

She weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces and was 20 inches long.

Jorja has one brother, Jameson Wesley, 6.

Grandparents are Jim and Pat Howell of Boyd, Bryan and Donna Tilghman of Jacksboro and Stephenia Tilghman of Fort Worth.

Great-grandparents are Harold and Helen Tilghman of Jacksboro, Joe and Eva Pechacek of Clyde, Jack and Dorothy Cotten of League City, Flora Brown of League City and Myrl Jenkins of Paradise.
