An Ottawa man was injured Thursday night when his car collided with a truck on U.S. 224 on Findlay’s western edge.
Cameron Kuhlman, 25, was taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital by Hanco Ambulance, the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office reported.
Kuhlman was westbound on U.S. 224 in a 2007 Pontiac G6 at 8:03 p.m. when the car collided with a truck driven by Ricky Robinson, 52, of Greenville, South Carolina, the sheriff’s office said.
The truck was leaving a parking lot at Carpet Mart, east of County Road 223, and was turning east onto U.S. 224 when the truck traveled into the westbound lane and collided with Kuhlman’s car, the sheriff’s office said.
Robinson was cited for a marked lanes violation, the sheriff’s office said.
The Liberty Township Fire Department and Dick’s Towing assisted at the accident scene.
