BRIT Awards 2018: Second winner revealed ahead of nominations launch ‘I'm truly humbled'

THE BRIT AWARDS 2018 are so nearly here and now the latest recipient of a coveted statue has been announced.

Steve Mac has been named as the recipient of the BRIT Award for British producer.

Over the course of his phenomenal career, Mac has racked up a staggering 200 million record sales worldwide, with writing credits for monster hits including Ed Sheehan’s Shape of You which became the most streamed track of all time and the highest selling single of 2017.

Last year alone, Mac reached the top ten with artists including Rita Ora, P!nk and Liam Payne.

“I feel truly humbled to receive this prestigious award, especially as it’s voted for by my record label peers who I greatly respect,” enthused Mac.
