ST. CLAIRSVILLE - Bridgeport High’s boys defeated Barnesville by an 1882-1862 score in prep bowling action at St. Clair Lanes on Thursday.
Leading the Bridgeport boys was Gavan Graham with a two-game total of 411. Cody Creamer followed with a 325, with Shane Bennington adding a 298 and Tristan West tacked on a 238. The Bulldogs had a 148 and a 215 in the two "Baker Games."
Pacing the Shamrocks was Jacob Gallaway with a 398 two-game total. Dallas Raines followed with a 360 while Logan Eddy rolled a 345 and Mike Heatherington followed with a 269. Barnesville had "Baker Games" of 87 and 150.
Barnesville’s girls rolled a 1850 in an uncontested match with Bridgeport not having a team.
The Lady Shamrocks were led by Baylie MacMillan, who rolled a two-game score of 361. Taylor Szabo followed with a two-game total of 323; Hunter Miller had 308 and Steph Christie and Darrah Detling combined for a 304 total. The Lady’ Rocks had "Baker Games" of 130 and 151 for the 1850 total.
