Entry Into Workforce Makeover Drive set for Jan. 15

ROCKFORD — Cosmetologist Mercedes Cherelle will host the first Entry Into Workforce Makeover Drive from 2 to 6 p.m. Jan. 15 at the Booker Washington Center, 524 Kent St.

Free haircuts, resume assistance, interview preparation, business attire preparation and sack lunches will be provided. Attendees who want haircuts must come with clean hair. Onsite child care will be available.

Donations will be accepted at The Local, 123 N. Alpine Road. For information: 779-200-1693.
