A pedestrian struck around 5:30 p.m. in Raynham was taken by ambulance to a Rhode Island hospital.

RAYNHAM -- A pedestrian was taken to a Rhode Island hospital after being struck on Richmond Street, according to the Raynham Fire Department.

The incident happened around 5:30 p.m. The victim reportedly suffered head injuries.
