Local celebrities serve up tips to benefit United Way

United Way of Hancock County will host its annual Celebrity Server event next week, a wrap-up to the 2017 fundraising campaign.
Diners will be served by local leaders who “LIVE UNITED.” All events are open to the public, and no RSVP is required. Tips will benefit United Way of Hancock County. The event will run Monday through Friday, daily from 5-7 p.m., at the following locations:
• Monday: The Bourbon Affair, 121 E. Crawford St., Fifth Third Bank servers Travis Knight, Katie Hill, Gaven Smith and Megan Smith; and West End Tavern, 506 W. Main Cross St., Economic Development servers Tim Mayle and Dan Sheaffer
• Tuesday: Upper Deck (above Alexandria’s), 132 E. Crawford St., Hancock Home Builders servers Chad Vorst, Mike Vorst, Doug Heigel and Patrick Calvelage; and The Gathering Wine, 235 S. Main St., Huntington Bank servers Dan Kendrick, Don Bledsoe, Matt McCracken, Blair Lane and Dee Sherman
• Wednesday: Fireside Pizza Oven Pub & Grill, 327 S. Main St., servers include attorneys Christie Ranzau, Phil Rooney and Drew Mihalik; and Logan’s Irish Pub, 414 S. Main St., served by doctors Frank Cosiano, Bill Kose and Jim Davidson
• Thursday: Tavern at the Inn, 200 E. Main Cross St., First Federal Bank servers Amy Hackenberg, Rod Walton, JJ Preston, Crystal Ellerbrock, Mike Pepple, Michelle Rachel and Jeff Stratton; and Greek Garden, 321 S. Main St., served by Findlay Young Professionals Michael Knoll, Cathi Kisseberth and Ashley Barger
• Friday: The Anvil at the Gathering, 114 E. Main Cross St., where the campaign wrap-up will be held.
