Walk with a Doc at Genesis Hospital in January

ZANESVILLE – "Walk With a Doc" is scheduled for 8:30 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 13, inside the Genesis HealthPlex.

Michael Sulens, DDS, will lead this month’s walk.

Dr. Sulens will begin the monthly session with fitness tips and health advice, and then will lead a 30- to 40-minute walk. He will answer general health questions.

The walks are the second Saturday of each month starting at 8:30 a.m. Registration is not required, and participation is free.
