Samsung launches Galaxy Tab A 7.0 in India, starts promo with Jio

Samsung has launched its Galaxy Tab A 7.0 device in India. Customers across the country can now acquire the Galaxy Tab A 7.0 in white and black colour versions for INR 9,500. The Galaxy Tab A 7.0 will also be available on Amazon.

The tablet includes HD display, 4000mAH battery, microSD card support expandable to 200GB. The Galaxy Tab A 7.0 is powered by 1.5 GHz Quad Core processor, 1.5GB RAM and 8GB internal memory (expandable via microSD up to 200GB). The device also includes a 5-megapixel rear camera and 2-megapixel front camera. The Galaxy Tab A 7.0 comes with Kids Mode designed to provide educational and beneficial content for kids. The device also provides parental control features such as setting usage time limits and restricting app access.

As a Galaxy Tab A 7.0 launch promo, on using this device with Jio, customers will receive cashback of INR 2,000 in their JioMoney account, on recharging with Jio Plan of INR 299 for 24 months. As part of this offer, users will receive INR 800 after the first 12 months, and INR 1,200, after the subsequent 12 months, in the JioMoney account, after making 13 recharges of INR 299 every 12 months.
