Bidding amount for bidding would also be available in the Auction schedule option in ‘ebidxchange’ screen on the day of the bidding. Auction Details shall be available in auction schedule in ‘ebidxchange’ system.
As per para 7 of SEBI circular CIR/IMD/FIIC/18/2010 dated November 26, 2010, a single entity can bid on behalf of multiple entities. Bidder (Registered Participant) wishing to bid on behalf of multiple entities should send its list of multiple entities on its letterhead duly signed by the authorized signatory prior to actual bidding. The entities list once submitted cannot be altered. Allocation for such entities should be sent to exchange up to 10 minutes from bidding session is over.
New participants (Trading Members/Custodians) desirous of participating in the bidding session shall be provided with login ids and passwords once the undertaking appended as Annexure1 is submitted to the Exchange.
Existing participants shall use the same user Id & password provided by the Exchange in earlier bidding on the Exchange.
Participants are requested to refer to user manual of the system (available in Help Option in system) before bidding.
