THIEVES stole a ladies mountain bike from York St John University.

North Yorkshire Police said the Pinnacle mountain bike, in black and green, was stolen between 11am and midday on Thursday, December 28.

The bike is similar to the one in the picture, but was fitted with mudguards.

Anyone with information, or who has been offered a similar bike for sale, is urged to contact North Yorkshire Police on 101 quoting reference 12170232101.
