CELINA – Karson Stastny scored 20 points as Celina defeated Pottsboro, 72-54, in non-district action on Thursday night.

Bryson Brown added 13 points and Hayden Hollin and Kobe Ollison each finished with 12 points for Celina, which outscored Pottsboro 22-9 in the third quarter after the Cardinals held a 36-33 lead at the break.

Kai Barr scored 18 points, Ethyn Snider chipped in 15 points and Daniel Arnold and Hunter Hines totaled seven points apiece for Pottsboro (16-4), which plays at Valley View tonight at 5:30 p.m.
