Three held with 2,800 Yaba pills in Rajshahi

Three alleged drug dealers with 2,800 pieces of Yaba tablets have been arrested from a garments factory of R.D.A market in Shaheb Bazar area of Rajshahi city, a press release said.

The arrested are Amir Uddin, 33, son of Akram Ali, a resident of Ahammadpur area under Boalia Police Station, Shamim Islam, 27, son of Aminul Islam, a resident of Ramchandrapur Bowbazar area, and Hayatul Meskat, 31, son of Aftab Hossain, a resident of Hossainiganj area in Rajshahi.

A team of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested them 2nd floor of the market around 4:30pm on Thursday.
