Youth crushed under truck in Dinajpur

A youth was crushed under the wheels of a truck in Birol upazila of Dinajpur on Thursday night.

The deceased was identified as Sanwar, son of Sirajul Islam.

Local people said a sand-laden truck smashed Sanwar's bicycle around 10:30pm while returning home, leaving him dead on the spot.

Polasbari UP chairman Abdur Shukur confirmed the incident.
