Indore: Neighbour tries to crush youth under truck

Indore: A truck driver tried to crush a man in Tejaji Nagar following an argument over some issue on Wednesday. The accused had thrashed complainant’s son after which they had an altercation.

According to the police, the incident took place in Morod area. Victim Laxman was rushed to MY hospital where he is undergoing treatment. He received injury in both of his legs. Laxman told the police that he had gone to his job on Wednesday when one of his neighbors thrashed his 9-year-old son over a petty issue.

Laxman returned home in the evening when he saw injury marks on his body and asked about it. Son told that he was thrashed by neighbor after that Laxman reached accused’s resident when they had an altercation. Victim was going to police station to file a complaint when accused come with his truck and hit him. The accused tried to crush him under the truck but somehow he could escape. Police are also taking the statement of the victim. A case was registered against the accused and the investigation is on into the case.
