Parliamentary panel pulls up IndiGo for rude behaviour from staff

A Parliamentary Standing Committee today pulled up IndiGo Airlines for alleged mistreatment of passengers, following several incidents of unsavoury behaviour from the airline staff. The committee noted that recently there were a large number of incidents of manhandling and discourteous behaviour by both the ground staff and cabin crew, also saying that a lot of such incidents went unreported.
