A weekly Sunday Jazz Brunch launches at Hotel Viking’s One Bellevue restaurant. Brunch hours will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and the first live performance on Sunday, Jan. 7, will be Chris Vaillancourt’s jazz band. The menu will include two kombucha cocktails, Pomegranate Kombucha Crush and the Blueberry Kombucha Mojito, as well as dishes such as Eggnog French Toast with dark rye bread, almond butter, blueberry compote and mascarpone crème and Baby Artisanal Oats with dried pomegranate, pickled radishes and shaved Grana Padano cheese. Savory options include an Angus burger, Pork Belly Benedict on an English muffin with spicy hollandaise and frisee lettuce, Crab Crepes and Duck Egg over easy with grilled asparagus, pecorino cheese and truffle polenta. Additional libations include Bloody Mary variations and a rosé cocktail — The Mosé — with macerated strawberries, Patron silver tequila, lemon juice and rosé. Try some of R.I.'s best beer in the huge new space that’s home to Proclamation Ale Company. Beers are available for pours and sale. Baby's Bonetown BBQ will be sold on site on Friday, Jan. 5, from 4 to 9 p.m. Tasting room is open on Friday, from 3 to 9 p.m. Gastro's meats will be sold during tasting hours on Saturday, Jan. 6, from noon to 8 p.m. Enter the Dean Warehouse complex at 298 Kilvert St., Warwick, for the brewery. Hours are also noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday and 3 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday.
