The Haryana Government has decided to prepare software of Human Resource Management System (HRMS) for employees of all public undertakings on the pattern of State Government employees.
This was informed at a meeting of all administrative secretaries held here on Thursday under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary DS Dhesi,
During the meeting, the Chief Secretary directed the administrative secretaries to ensure linking data of employees of all public undertakings with HRMS within seven days after preparation of the software.
Dhesi also reviewed the centrally sponsored schemes and directed the officers to monitor the funds being received from the Centre and report to the Finance Department by timely utilising the funds.
The Chief Secretary also asked the administrative secretaries to make required amendments in service rules of their departments concerned within 10 days, for recruitment to Group C and D posts.
He said that the Department would amend the service rules at its own level and the amendments would be made after getting them verified by the LR. Dhesi said that middle pass would be the minimum qualification in the departments where knowledge of Hindi or English is the minimum qualification for recruitment to Group-D posts whereas in those departments where it was matriculation or ten plus two pass, it would remain as such
