The comedian - who won the reality series in 2014 - was on the panel alongside Strictly Come Dancing’s AJ Pritchard, The Apprentice star Luisa Zissman and Love Island finalist Olivia Attwood.

But it was Jim, 64, who got people talking online as he made an awkward mistake on the spin-off show.

When host Rylan Clark-Neal questioned the star about his views on Rachel Johnson firing topics at Anne Widecombe, Jim began to ramble on about a different housemate.

Rylan asked the former Generation Game host: "Do you think she is genuinely interested in what Anne's got to say or do you think there may be an ulterior motive there?"

Jim replied: ”I think she is when you're a model you get stereotyped, we all know about being stereotyped and [public] perception and I think she wants to speak to Anne and I think she wants to..."

Quickly interjecting, Rylan said: “Are you talking about Jess [Impiazzi]?"

Professional dancer AJ showed Jim a picture of Boris Johnson's sister behind them to which Jim responded: "Who's she? Wasn't she a topless model?

"I thought she was Rick Parfitt from Status Quo," he added: "Why am I here!?"

Those watching couldn’t believe Jim’s huge gaffe with some asking if he has even been tuning in to the programme.

One person posted on Twitter: “Jim hasn’t got a clue #CBBBOTS.”

“HAHAHA HAHAHA HAHAHA HAHAHA Jim you are 1st class #CBB #CBBBOTS,” added another.

A third asked: “Has Jim even been watching the show? #CBBBOTS #CBB.”
