Here's a list of what the Yankees have done thus far since the end of the 2017 season:

-- Nov. 18: Traded right-hander Nick Rumbelow to the Seattle Mariners for left-hander JP Sears and right-hander Juan Then.

-- Nov. 20: Traded right-hander Ronald Herrera to the Texas Rangers for left-hander Reiver Sanmartin.

-- Nov. 20: Traded left-hander Caleb Smith and first baseman Garrett Cooper to the Miami Marlins for RHP Michael King and future considerations.

-- Dec. 4: Aaron Boone named manager.

-- Dec. 11: Acquired right fielder Giancarlo Stanton and cash from the Marlins for second baseman Starlin Castro, right-hander Jorge Guzman and shortstop Jose Devers.

Dec. 11: Named Josh Bard bench coach, Phil Nevin third base coach and Reggie Willits first base coach.

-- Dec. 11: Announced high-A Florida State League farm team will change its name from Tampa Yankees to Tampa Tarpons.

-- Dec. 12: Traded third baseman Chase Headley, right-hander Bryan Mitchell and cash to San Diego Padres for outfielder Jabari Blash.

-- Dec. 29: Signed free-agent left-hander CC Sabathia to one-year, $10-million contract.
