THEFTS
ROGERS AVENUE, 2900 BLOCK: Four trailer wheels, two trailer tires, a transport truck battery and a backhoe battery valued at $2,810 were reported stolen.
VALLEY VIEW DRIVE, 6000 BLOCK: A burglary was reported.
VILLAGE ROAD, 3200 BLOCK: A 2010 Chevrolet Cobra valued at $2,000 was reported stolen.
WOODLAND DRIVE, 11200 BLOCK: A subwoofer, a car stereo and an amplifier valued at $2,130 were reported stolen in a vehicle break-in.
ASSAULTS
TWO FORT SMITH MEN reported an attempted robbery at a residence at the intersection of North 36th and North N streets. They said three men wearing masks and carrying firearms approached them and moved to the residence next door when they could not get anything from them.
FORGERY
A SALLISAW WOMAN reported fraudulent credit card use at Target, 4001 Phoenix Ave. She said the suspect made a purchase of $275 with the card at the business.
OTHER INCIDENTS/ARRESTS
A FORT SMITH MAN reported $920 in damage to two hotel rooms at the Doubletree Hotel.
DANIEL LEE BLASINGAME OF MULBERRY was arrested on an unspecified felony warrant.
KEVIN DEAN ISREAL OF FORT SMITH was arrested on an out-of-state fugitive from justice warrant.
SHAELIE DAWN MARIE RABY AND ANDREW NICHOLAS CHIARELLI OF FORT SMITH were arrested on suspicion of commercial burglary, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance under four ounces. Chiarelli was additionally charged for a failure to pay fine warrant.
