Laugh it up

Get some laughs at Bring Your Own Improv, every Friday at the Warwick Center for the Arts, 3259 Post Rd. Yell out suggestions, applaud your favorite scenes and join the actors onstage if you're ready. The 7 p.m. show is PG-rated humor for all ages. The 9 p.m. show is PG-13, for ages 13 and up. Tickets are $8 for adults, $5 for seniors, students and children 12 and under. (401) 737-0010, warwickcfa.org. 

Family Day at Audubon

Enjoy free admission Saturday at the Audubon Society of Rhode Island's Environmental Education Center, 1401 Hope St., Bristol. Activities for the monthly Citizens Bank Free Family Fun Day include crafts, nature stories, hikes, animal discoveries and an engineering challenge. The center is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. asri.org.

Super Art Sunday

It's Super Art Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the RISD Museum, with sessions in writing, drawing and illustrating. Participants include RISD Prof. Calef Brown, an author/illustrator; and musician Rachel Blumberg. Recommended for ages 6 and up. Sunday is also the last day to see "Lines of Thought: Drawing from Michelangelo to Now from the British Museum" at the museum, 20 North Main St., Providence. It's still Christmas here

If you're already feeling nostalgic for the holidays, you've got one last weekend to take in Christmas at Linden Place. Self-guided tours of the fully decorated mansion at 500 Hope St., Bristol, are available Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. Admission is $10 for adults, $8 for seniors and students, free for children 12 and under.
