Actress Joe Chen caught driving under the influence in Taipei

Taiwanese actress Joe Chen was arrested for drunk driving in Taipei in the early morning of January 4th, according to reports.

She was stopped by police and measured a 0.67 mg  at 1：57 am, then transferred to the police in Taipei district  for drunk driving. Any above a 0.25 mg / L 0.05% BAC is considered illegal. Dui punishments are pretty serious in Taiwan.

She was out on bail for Offenses Against Public Safety later.

The actress apologized for her ill behavior on Weibo, saying that she drave out for night snack after drinking at home.
