Eligibility Criteria for LDC, UDC, Librarian and Other Posts

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

Upper Division Clerk:  Graduate with 3 years experience as LDC in Central govt /state govt/autonomous bodies etc.

Stenographer: 10+2 or equivalent and should have be able to take dictation with speed of 80 WPM and transcription.  

Lower Division Clerk: Candidate should have passed class 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board or university and should have typing speed of 35 WPM in English and 30 WPM in Hindi.  Should have working knowledge of Hindi and Computer applications.

Librarian: Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science/Graduate with 1 year diploma in Library Science and should have working knowledge of Hindi & English.

Candidates will be selected through the written/online computer based test, skill test and interview.
