The setback comes as Woo prepares to face an El Paso County jury later this month on charges that he fatally shot Julie Tureson in April 2016 and left her body handcuffed to the passenger door of her truck inside a self-storage unit he rented in Colorado Springs. A judge in December agreed to postpone Woo’s trial for about a week, to Jan. 22.
