(MENAFN - Tribal News Network) PARACHINAR: Residents of Parachinar have been bearing brunt of hours-long power outages bringing routine life to a standstill due to which all factories in the area have been closed permanently.
Most of the residents have bought solar panels and generators but those who could not affords were facing immense problem.
'There is 22-hours long power outages in the area,' claimed Shahid Ali, a local trader.
He said that he has installed a solar power panel but that was not enough to fulfill their needs, adding that it helped them keep lights on.
The residents demanded of the government that to reduce duration of the power outages apart from ensuring uninterrupted power supply to factories.
