Stephen Colbert Really Wants to Win Trump's 'Fake News' Awards

Stephen Colbert has decided not to simply hope that he will win Trump’s Most Dishonest & Corrupt media award.

He’s decided to put in the work for it.

Trump released this tweet that said : I will be announcing THE MOST DISHONEST & CORRUPT MEDIA AWARDS OF THE YEAR on Monday at 5:00 o’clock.

Subjects will cover Dishonesty & Bad Reporting in various categories from the Fake News Media.

Stay tuned!

Colbert is doing more than staying tuned.

He has taken out a billboard in Time’s square that says in part: Dear Mr.

President, For your consideration.

He even includes categories he wants to win including best chex mixing and smallest button.

Colbert has dubbed the Awards the fakies, but he still wants to win a big prize, whether it is real or imagined.

This is the effort of a winner, not a loser, so that should work in his favor.
