The Monaco and France winger came close to a move to Arsenal in the summer transfer window, but that ultimately fell through and he has remained at the Stade Louis II this season.

According to bookmakers Coral, the Gunners are one of five clubs available at odds of 16/1 to sign the 22-year-old, but they are not the favourites.

Lemar shone brightly last season as Monaco won Ligue 1 against the odds and reached the Champions League semi-finals, scoring 14 times in 55 appearances, but he has been less impressive this year - with just two goals in his 18 matches to date.

However, that has not put off Premier League clubs from circling.
